We design and administer customized employee and management surveys and provide other related human resources services to customers ranging from small to medium (50 to 1,000+), profit to not-for-profit, and corporate to municipal.

With a Bachelors’ in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA, and 35+ years of project management, research, technical and programming experience, Adam acts as a “technical enabler” to consultants in many industries including, HR, psychology, medical research, and education among others.

Over the last 25+ years, Adam has designed, conducted, analyzed, and reported on hundreds of surveys and studies in the areas of:

  • HR: Employee surveys, MSF/360 surveys, EPNS surveys, membership surveys.
  • Medicine: Clinical trial data platform development (phase 4 primarily), general statistical support.
  • Education and academic: online examination/assessment design and delivery,  assessment performance analysis, other education-related studies.
  • Other research: customer surveys, population studies, general research surveys, ISO certification platforms.
