Based on your objectives we will design the survey using our database of pre-constructed questions and advise on any custom questions and areas of inquiry you may wish to add in to reflect your unique situation.
Second Phase – Launch & Administration
PARTICIPANT NOTIFICATION & COMMUNICATION
The invitation email to each survey participant would come directly from us, and would contain a description of the survey purpose, the process, and a link to their unique copy of the survey.
We can provide additional Rollup and Comparative reports for management sub-groups as needed.
Surveys and emails – ex. “English/French” or “English/Chinese”. We can send an appropriate language version to each participant, and/or allow each participant to make the choice of language in the questionnaire itself.
We can analyze verbatim comments for themes, parsing them into categories to produce simple frequency reports or correlation with other criteria (ex. department or location).
