First Phase – Preparation

PRE-LAUNCH MEETING

Whether over the phone or in person, we will discuss your objectives in depth, answer any questions you have, and provide our recommendations on the process.

ADVICE ON YOUR COMMUNICATION STRATEGY

We will help you in announcing the 360 Degree Feedback process, encouraging participation, and communicating ongoing progress.

ADVICE ON ANALYSIS

Based on your survey objectives and best practices, we work with you in determining the most appropriate and helpful analytical and reporting methods.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE SURVEY

Based on your survey objectives we will design the feedback surveys [both the self-evaluation by the person being rated (the ratee) and the rater evaluation] using our database of pre-constructed questions and any custom questions and areas of inquiry you may wish to add to reflect your unique situation.

Second Phase – Launch & Administration

PARTICIPANT NOTIFICATION & COMMUNICATION

Where possible, and to provide the greatest level of anonymity, the survey invitation to each participant would be delivered directly from us and would contain each participant’s personal and unique link to the survey. (Where this is not feasible other delivery methods are available.)

NOTIFICATION OF ANY "UNDELIVERABLE" EMAILS

We keep you apprised of any email delivery errors, (“bouncebacks” or “undeliverables”), and provide the opportunity to correct these so that we can resend the invitation.

ADMINISTRATION OF THE ONLINE SURVEY

The survey application is hosted on our own dedicated server and linked to the survey over a secure (SSL/HTTPS) connection.

Canadian clients can note that we are fully FOIPOP/FIPPA and PIPEDA compliant. Details on our Security and Privacy Policy are available here.

PROGRESS REPORTS / COMPLETION RATES / REMINDERS

We provide real-time completion rates whenever you need them. We can also extend the survey to bring in a few more responses. Finally, we can send out reminders as needed if this is part of the communication plan.

Third Phase – Analysis & Reporting

INDIVIDUAL LEADER OR RATEE REPORTS

Ratee reports generated from the results of the manager Self-Evaluation and Rater surveys.  May be presented to the manager only for self-evaluation and/or to the executive for review.

TEAM ROLLUP REPORTS

An amalgamation of responses across all team members and raters to determine strengths and areas in need of improvement for the management team as a whole.  (Does not comment on ratees individually.)

TEAM COMPARATIVE REPORTS

Comparative report that shows all individual results by question and area of inquiry.

Options & Addons

MULTI-LANGUAGE SURVEYS

For both surveys and invitation emails we can send an appropriate language version (ex. “English/French” or “English/Spanish”) to each participant where this is known beforehand, and/or allow each participant to make the choice of preferred language at the start of the questionnaire.

TEXT ANALYSES

We can analyze verbatim comments for themes, parsing them into categories to produce simple frequency reports or correlation with other criteria (ex. department or location).
